I almost feel as if they are killing off Motionbuilder which would be sad as it's the only decent program out there for motion capture editing with takes/easy pose matching for humanoids.

They rarely make patches, occasionally there is a tiny update that does nothing to fix whatever issue they caused to begin with so it doesn't really help. I can only speak for Motionbuilder since that's where all of my time lies and every new release barely has any new major feature but is always broken in one way or another. I've been using Autodesk products around twenty years now starting in 3DS Max then going over to Maya when I went to school and slowly gone 100% into Motionbuilder for the past fifteen years in my professional career as an animator. My subscription expires today, so I either have to turn on auto renew and pay 10k more than I need, or, I lose my discount and have to start all over tomorrow with setting up my employees autocad accounts. He tells me ' oh, well, we are working on your ticket, we will keep you updated'- ABSOLUTLEY NO HELP. After 18 minutes on hold, I reached a rep who told me I couldnt reduce the seats because my subscription had expired.I said, it expires TODAY which is why I am taking the time to try to get this fixed- I have been trying for weeks. I called the number- that guy said he couldnt help me, and transfered me. After 30 mins the guy tells me to call sales and gives me a number. The screenshot would not go through so I sent it in email. I had a chat open, and the rep asked for a screenshot. I still need 4 seats, so I put in another ticket to try to get this fixed. Today was my renewal date, and rather than be charged 17k for more seats that I need, I turned off the auto renew. I put in a ticket a couple of weeks ago, and noone has answered yet. I have been trying to reduce my seats for weeks, and each time I receive an error.

Customer service is absolutely no help at all.
